The Peoplemap System of Team Building and Development
Peoplemap Training was developed by E. Michael Lillibridge, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist, President and Founder of Peoplemap Training. The Questionnaire has only seven questions, is simple to fill out and score, yet remarkably has over a 95% accuracy rate of measuring your personality type.
The Peoplemap System is designed to develop your "people skills". These skills apply to all areas of life: work, home and with friends. This fun, engaging and easy to use program gives practical skills to create more effective relationships, help solve conflict and work better with others to reach your goals. The Peoplemap system is comprised of interrelated programs that build on the foundational Team building and Development program.

The Peoplemap system does two things. First, it shows people how to maximize their success in their professional and personal life. Second, it teaches people in a simple easy method how to communicate effectively with each of the 4 personality types and their combinations measured by the self scoring Peoplemap assessment. After completing the basic Peoplemap training, Leadership is then taught with a simple and straightforward approach to the complicated dynamics of providing effective leadership within every level of the organization. Training addresses a method of creating vision, developing "people" skills, creating momentum, addressing the bottom line, dealing with crisis and dealing with growth. This training builds upon the concepts and language of the basic training and adds the necessary components for success at any level of leadership.
