I currently serve as an Adjunct Instructor in Leadership for the Graduate School at the University of North Carolina, and as an Instructor with the Institute for Life Coach Training (ILCT).

As the founder and President of Dynamic Change, Inc., I specialize in empowering leaders and transforming teams.
